Chef Filly Mossucca. 

La sua passione comincia a nutrirsi già da bambina quando a otto anni muove i primi passi nella cucina del ristorante della mamma.

Da quel momento, guidata dall’amore per questo lavoro e dall'ambizione, il suo percorso è stato un susseguirsi di esperienze e soddisfazioni: spaziando in tutte le partite della cucina, formandosi anche da Chef stellati, arriva a dirigere con grande successo una brigata di oltre dieci persone. 

L’amore e la cura per la materia prima contraddistinguono la sua cucina, combinando sapori della tradizione a originalità e innovazione.

Sofia's kitchen has a woman as commander-in-chief too! Or rather, commander in-chef: Filly Mossucca.

Her passion for cooking began when she took her first steps in her mother's restaurant kitchen as a eight-year-old child.

Since then, she gained experience and recognition for her work driven by her ambition and love for this profession. After experimenting with the full gamut of cooking and learning from the greatest chefs, she directed a team of over ten people. Filly's love for  top-quality ingredients and careful selection of the best produce available are the trademarks of her cuisine, combining tradition with originality and innovation.
