Our menu changes from season to season; our starting point is to choose our suppliers and ingredients carefully, Above all, our fish is brought to us fresh from the fish market in Anzio. Fruit, vegetables and meat are of the highest quality. We only use cold-pressed extra-virgin olive oil “cultivar Coratina”, one of the finest for its quality and organoleptic properties. 

All these ingredients are carefully blended by Tea Cianci, our young and enthusiastic chef with much experience in Italian regional cuisine having worked in various renowned restaurants. 

Our wine-cellar has a selection from small and medium-sized wineries and niche producers offering a choice of organic wines. 

These wines bring the best of yesterday and today’s generations, technology and respect for the environment; products of the finest quality embodying the essence of their place of origin.
